Role Overview

The

CRM

will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling customer queries, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the sales and design teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain client databases using CRM systems. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions professionally. Build long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and satisfaction. Coordinate between design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing. Monitor client feedback, identify issues, and propose improvements. Track order follow-ups, delivery timelines, and payment status. Generate reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Support marketing efforts by tracking and analyzing customer interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Fashion Management

, or a related field.

2-5 years

of experience in

CRM, customer service

, or

client servicing

(experience in the

fashion/apparel industry

is preferred). Proficient in

MS Office Suite

and

CRM software/tools

. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills. Strong

interpersonal skills

with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to

multitask

, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
