Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer communications, maintaining the CRM database, supporting campaigns, and ensuring smooth engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to drive user retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
Segment customer data for personalized communications and campaigns.
Execute and track email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Monitor customer journeys and identify gaps in communication or engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Address and resolve CRM-related issues or customer data inconsistencies.
Assist in automating customer workflows for onboarding, engagement, and feedback.
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's degree .
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in a similar role, internship, or project work is a plus.
