Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client queries and provide timely resolutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (Models, editors, videographers, and social media team) to ensure smooth workflow.
Update and maintain client records in the CRM portal.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on client interactions.
Assist in planning and scheduling shoots, meetings, and client deliverables.
Support in customer feedback collection and report insights to management.
Requirements
Fresher or 6-1 year of experience in client coordination / CRM / customer support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English, Tamil)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, team player, and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
