Overseeing the company's CRM module to enhance the management of sales processes.
Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of Channel Konnect.
Ensure that Distributor stock & CK stock are accurately reconciled and update the availability of items on CK for order processing.
Verify that EBO stock is reconciled with CK stock and provide necessary support as required.
Conduct regular training sessions on CK billing, inventory management, and MIS for distributors & EBOs.
CK master data encompasses various tasks, including the creation of distributors, mapping of executives within CK, classification of channels, and the mapping of retail shops, as well as the mapping of distributors and executives.
Provide support for stock transfers and billing processes among distributors.
Management of distributors, including integration of CK with distributor software.
Management of the sales team, including training, geographical distribution by channel, and the planning of travel routes.
Conduct daily troubleshooting and manage technical concerns for EBOs, distributors, and executives.
Uploading of primary and secondary parent channels.
Accountable for the settlement of schemes and the processing of payments related to these schemes.
Handling tertiary customer data derived from EBOs and furnishing this information for multiple marketing and promotional activities.
Regular MIS including data on modern trade, executive beat, etc
Work with CK Service provider and assist in software improvement and solving errors
Qualifications
Any Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management
Strong understanding of sales processes and inventory control principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Database management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
