Job Description

1.

Rent & CAM Collections:



o Monitor and ensure timely rent and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charge collections from brands and investors.

o Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and outstanding tracking.

2.

Customer Interaction & Support:



o Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to site services, billing, and feedback.

o Build strong relationships with retailers, investors, and brand representatives.

3.

Feedback Management:



o Collect and maintain regular feedback from retailers and customers.

o Share insights with the operations and marketing team for service improvements.

4.

Data Management:



o Update customer and payment data on

Scoop Sense

daily.

o Maintain records of communications, collections, and customer issues.

5.

Documentation:



o Manage CAM agreements and related documentation.

o Ensure proper filing of all agreements, circulars, trackers, and SOP-related documents.

6.

Communication:



o Email or courier invoices to brands, investors, and clients.

o Follow up for payments and maintain clear records of communication.

7.

Reporting:



o Share daily payment collection reports with the relevant departments.

o Maintain trackers for calls, feedback, and site updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
