CRM (Client Relationship Manager) - Share & Broker Firm

Client Relationship Managers (CRM)

for our Share & Brokerage Firm located in

Ambala Cantt

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (existing and potential) regarding their trading and investment needs.

Sales & Service:

Effectively manage client portfolios, provide updates on market trends, and cross-sell relevant financial products (equity, mutual funds, etc.).

Communication:

Handle client queries and grievances professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Documentation:

Ensure all client onboarding and transactional documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.

Requirements & Compensation

Education: B.Com / Any GraduateExperienceFreshers

or

Experienced

candidates welcome.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience in

Banking Sales

or as a

Relationship Manager (RM)

will be preferred.

Language: FLUENT ENGLISH ONLY

Location: Ambala Cantt

Salary: ₹15,000 to ?35,000 per month

(Depending on experience and interview performance)
