We are seeking a CRM Campaign Manager to lead customer lifecycle and retention initiatives, focusing on designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty. This role involves managing CRM platforms, building effective customer journeys, and implementing targeted communication strategies to strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage CRM platforms such as WebEngage, CleverTap, or MoEngage across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and app notifications.
  • Own customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys, covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns aligned with business objectives, store promotions, and local events.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with design, content, product, and operations teams to ensure timely and relevant customer communication.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, including delivery rates, open rates, CTR, repeat rates, and ROI.
  • Maintain monthly CRM calendars aligned with launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure data hygiene, audience accuracy, and adherence to best practices in customer engagement.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms and customer segmentation at scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer internet businesses.
