We are seeking a

CRM Helpdesk - Claim Processing Executive

with a strong background in

Health Insurance

to support claim-related activities at our client location (ICICI Lombard). The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating claims processes, and ensuring smooth claim experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a

CRM implant

for claim support at client premises. Resolve customer and employee queries regarding

policy coverage

and

health insurance claim processes

. Assist employees in claim submission and tracking through the claims app. Respond promptly to calls and emails as the dedicated

Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

. Collect, compile, and dispatch claim documents as per corporate requirements. Coordinate with ICICI Lombard's internal claim units for smooth cashless and priority processing. Stay updated on health insurance rules, regulations, and policy guidelines. Protect and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data. Travel

twice a week

between branches to address customer queries.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years

of experience in the

Health Insurance Industry

.

Graduation

is mandatory. Strong English communication skills (verbal & written). Good understanding of health claim processes and policy guidelines.
