Job Summary



The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication between the front-end sales team and the backend manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics departments. You will track the lifecycle of a luggage order--from the initial lead to final delivery--ensuring data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



1. Data & Relationship Management



Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead, client, and order information. Segment the database based on retailer types (e.g., hypermarkets, specialty travel stores, corporate gifting). Monitor customer feedback and warranty claims, ensuring they are logged and addressed.

2. Backend & Production Coordination



Order Tracking:

Convert sales inquiries into production orders and relay specific custom requirements (e.g., private labeling, specific TSA lock types, or colorways) to the manufacturing team.

Inventory Alignment:

Coordinate with the warehouse/backend team to check stock availability before confirming bulk orders.

Timeline Management:

Communicate production lead times from the factory back to the sales team/client to manage expectations.

3. Reporting & Analysis



Generate weekly reports on sales pipeline, order fulfillment rates, and common customer pain points. Analyze "Returned Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) data to help the backend team identify potential recurring defects in specific luggage lines.

4. Post-Sales Support



Coordinate with the logistics team to provide customers with shipping updates and tracking details. Manage the "After-Sales" process, including spare parts (wheels, handles) requests and repair status.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

2-4 years in CRM coordination, preferably in manufacturing or consumer durables.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software (will be preferred).

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to translate "Sales Talk" into "Production Requirements."

Problem Solving:

Ability to handle pressure when production delays occur and find solutions that keep the customer happy.

Industry Knowledge:

(Bonus) Understanding of luggage materials and global shipping standards.
