CRM Automation Expert
who can bring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and automation skills to streamline our client journeys and marketing workflows.
About the Role
As a
CRM Automation Expert
, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM workflows, automation campaigns, and data-driven marketing systems. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create personalized, automated customer journeys that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage CRM automation workflows for email, SMS, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Build customer segmentation strategies and behavior-based triggers.
Integrate CRM tools with other platforms (e.g., website, landing pages, ad tools).
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize automation flows.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow.
Create dashboards and reports for lead tracking and customer insights.
Stay updated on CRM trends, new tools, and automation technologies.
Skills & Requirements
2-4 years of experience in
CRM management and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with tools like
HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
Strong understanding of
email marketing automation, workflows, and drip campaigns.
Familiarity with
API integrations, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
