Customer Data Management
Update and maintain customer information in CRM software.
Generate reports on customer interactions, collections, and pending issues.
Assist in possession process and coordinate handover activities.
Handle customer service requests even after possession (defect liability, maintenance queries).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of real estate processes (booking to possession).
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Ability to coordinate across departments (Sales, Legal, Accounts, Projects).
Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Any relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM or customer handling, preferably in real estate.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,009.76 per month
