Assist in managing and updating customer records in the CRM software.
Support the team in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, dispatch, etc.) to resolve client issues.
Generate and maintain daily/weekly CRM reports.
Help in preparing quotations, order status updates, and feedback collection.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
Learn and implement CRM tools and processes efficiently.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge.
Quick learner with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree.
