POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Assistant to support the day-to-day administration and optimization of our firm's CRM (HubSpot preferred). Based out of our Mumbai office, this role partners closely with Digital/Content Marketing, Client Development, and broader marketing teams to maintain clean, reliable data; build dashboards and custom views; respond to user questions; and improve processes that enhance campaign execution and business development outcomes.

System Support & Administration
o Serve as a first-line resource for CRM questions from Digital/Content Marketing and Client Development; triage issues and escalate as needed.
o Assist with user management (roles, permissions), lists, properties/fields, and lifecycle stages.
Data Integrity & Hygiene
o Execute ongoing data hygiene projects: deduplication, normalization, enrichment, and periodic audits.
o Maintain standardized data entry rules and monitor compliance across teams.
o Support imports/exports and data mapping for lists, events, and campaigns.
Reporting, Dashboards & Views
o Build and maintain dashboards, custom views, and saved filters for leadership, Digital/Content Marketing, and Client Development.
o As needed, pull reports on campaign performance, pipeline, and engagement metrics.
Marketing & Client Development Enablement
o Partner with Digital Marketing on campaign setup (forms, lists, workflows), lead assignment, and UTM/attribution hygiene.
o Support post-event processes (list clean-up, attendee status updates, etc.).
o Coordinate with Client Development on opportunity tracking, task queues, and outreach cadences.
Process Improvement & Automation
o Recommend improvements to data structures, workflows, and naming conventions.
o Assist in building lightweight automations (e.g., lead nurturing, routing, notifications) in HubSpot.
o QA new fields, forms, integrations, and workflow changes prior to launch.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
1-3 years of hands-on CRM experience; HubSpot strongly preferred.
Proficient in Excel for data clean-up and analysis.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through; clear written and verbal communication.
Preferred:
Experience in professional services (accounting, advisory, or consulting).
Familiarity with marketing operations, email platforms, and attribution/reporting concepts.
Exposure to integrations/APIs, data enrichment tools, or business intelligence platforms.
Location - Mumbai (Goregaon)
Timings - 12:00noon-9:00pm
Working Days - Monday to Friday
