Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - CRM will lead the CRM operations across clinics, ensuring structured patient engagement, seamless coordination, and maximum patient satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on execution to drive patient retention, relationship management, and revenue growth through superior service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CRM team to ensure superior patient handling and support.
Monitor the full patient journey -- inquiry, consultation, treatment, and after-care.
Review and explain treatment plans, financial estimates, and service benefits to patients when required.
Implement and supervise effective follow-up and conversion processes to improve patient footfall and closures.
Resolve escalated patient queries with maturity, empathy, and timely action.
Track and analyze CRM data/reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Doctors, Front Office, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Develop and enhance SOPs for CRM to strengthen patient experience.
Conduct regular training and performance review for CRM Executives.
Drive monthly KPIs including patient conversion rate, retention, and satisfaction index.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Team leadership with the ability to motivate and mentor CRM staff.
High emotional intelligence, patience, and problem-solving capability.
Strong sales & persuasion skills while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM / Google Sheets and report preparation.
Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
Experience: 3-7 years in CRM / Patient Relationship / Hospitality / Healthcare / Wellness industry
Minimum 1-2 years of team-leading or supervisory experience preferred
