Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's CRM database (update customer profiles, track interactions, and manage leads).
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into active customers.
Create and manage sales reports, customer segmentation, and analytics using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to plan customer engagement strategies.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through CRM data analysis.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support.
Develop and execute customer retention programs and loyalty campaigns.
Regularly update and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Assist in setting up marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer communications through the CRM.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, competition, and market opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in CRM management and/or Sales support roles.
Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to achieve targets.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales processes.
Knowledge of CRM automation and workflow setups.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer journey mapping is a plus.
