Greet patients professionally and ensure a warm clinic experience.
Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders.
Explain clinic services, procedures, and treatment flow clearly (training will be provided).
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback politely and efficiently.
Ensure follow-up calls/messages after consultations and treatments.
Consultation & Treatment Coordination
Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients for smooth treatment flow.
Ensure patients are guided properly before, during, and after procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules.
Conversion & Support (Training Provided)
Assist in converting consultations into treatment plans through clear communication.
Support the clinic team in achieving daily and monthly patient conversion targets.
Educate patients about available packages, offers, and ongoing treatments.
Documentation & Reporting
Update patient details in CRM / clinic software.
Maintain appointment registers and follow-up logs.
Share daily updates with the clinic manager or reporting head.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma (any discipline).
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Pleasant personality and patient-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, clinic software).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a clinical environment.
