Customer Relationship Manager and Admin Manager

Location :

Jaipur

Role Objective


Own customer communication and

office-level administration only

. This role ensures customers are informed, staff is managed, records are clean, and expenses are controlled. No involvement in production, core purchasing, or logistics execution.

Core Responsibilities



1. Customer Relationship Management



Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, Meta ads, architects, and dealers Qualify leads and convert them into confirmed orders Maintain

zero-miss follow-ups

using CRM tools Share accurate order status updates with customers based on inputs from production and logistics teams Coordinate internally for information, not execution Handle customer complaints, replacements, and escalations till closure Maintain clean customer, lead, and order data in CRM / ERP Collect post-delivery feedback and support repeat business

2. Office Administration



Manage day-to-day office operations and discipline Ensure office infrastructure, utilities, and supplies are functional Handle only

office-related purchases

and consumables Coordinate with external service providers for office needs Maintain office registers, records, and trackers

3. Staff Administration



Maintain attendance, leave, and holiday records Manage staff documentation including joining forms and ID records Coordinate onboarding and exit documentation Ensure HR-related formats and SOPs are followed Escalate staff-related issues to management with facts, not opinions

4. Documentation & Records



Maintain structured digital and physical documentation Ensure all formats, checklists, and approvals are followed Update records daily without backlog Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews Ensure zero missing or outdated documents

5. Expense Handling



Track and record office expenses on a daily basis Verify bills, invoices, and reimbursements Share expense data with accounts in defined formats Ensure expense approvals are taken before spending Maintain monthly expense summaries

Daily Non-Negotiables



No pending customer follow-ups All admin records updated same day Expense entries done daily Clear escalation of issues instead of silent delays

KPIs



Customer response and resolution time Lead to order conversion rate Accuracy of admin and staff records Expense variance vs approved budgets Zero documentation or compliance lapses

Skills Required



Clear and assertive communication High ownership and execution mindset Strong organization and follow-up discipline Comfortable with CRM, ERP, Google Sheets, WhatsApp tools Ability to manage boundaries and say no when work is out of scope

Experience



2-5 years in customer relationship, office admin, or operations support roles Experience in manufacturing or multi-team environments preferred

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
