Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Front Office Support
Greet and attend to walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups politely and effectively
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while dealing with clients in person or over the phone
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Accounting & Tally
Record daily transactions and manage accounts using
Tally ERP
Generate sales invoices, purchase entries, and manage receipts and payments
Handle bank reconciliation, data entry, and maintain accounting records
Assist in preparing reports for management as required
General Office Responsibilities
Maintain customer records, files, and documentation
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as managing emails, phone calls, and appointments
Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
MS Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent
spoken and written English communication skills
Prior experience in customer-facing roles or office coordination
