We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven
CRM Executive
to manage, maintain, and optimize our real estate CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate sales lifecycle, excellent data management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, channel partners, and CRM vendors.
This role is non-technical but requires comfort with backend configuration, data handling, and CRM workflows.

Bachelor's Degree in:
Business Administration
Marketing
Information Technology
Commerce
Preferred:
MBA in Marketing or Operations
Diploma in Real Estate Management
CRM-related certification (any CRM platform)
Note: This role does not require software engineering or deep technical qualifications.
Required Knowledge & Industry UnderstandingA. Real Estate Sales Process (Mandatory)
Must have clear understanding of:
Lead lifecycle: Enquiry ? Follow-up ? Site Visit ? Booking* Lead sources: digital, channel partners (CP), referrals
Real estate project structure: tower, wing, unit, typology
Inventory management statuses: available, blocked, hold, sold
Payment plans, discounting, and offers
Basic booking documentation: EOI, application forms, agreement reference
B. CRM Functional Understanding
Should be comfortable with:
User role & permission management
Uploading, validating, and cleaning lead data
Creating dashboards and MIS reports
Managing integrations: website forms, portals, advertising platforms
Ensuring data hygiene and follow-up compliance
C. Technical Comfort (Non-Developer)
Basic understanding of APIs/integrations (preferred, can be trained)
Ability to coordinate with CRM vendor support
Understanding backend configuration (without coding)
Skills RequiredEssential Skills
Strong MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning
Excellent coordination with Sales, Marketing & Channel Partners
High data accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with dashboards, reporting, and metrics
Good English communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRMs such as: Leadsquared, Sell.Do, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot
Understanding of RERA compliance
Experience coordinating with digital marketing teams
Ability to learn new tools quickly
