Role Overview



We are seeking a skilled

CRM Admin

with strong experience in the real estate sector, hands-on expertise in

CRM platforms

,

360 Enrich

, and

software backend administration

. This role ensures accurate lead management, smooth CRM functioning, and effective coordination across sales, marketing, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities1. CRM Administration (Real Estate)



Manage CRM setup, configuration, user roles, and permissions. Maintain project master data: towers, wings, unit typology, pricing, and inventory. Ensure accurate lead lifecycle movement (Enquiry ? Follow-up ? Site Visit ? Booking). Conduct frequent data audits for duplicates, incorrect tagging, and follow-up compliance. Manage dashboards, daily reports, and sales funnel summaries.

2. 360 Enrich Management (Mandatory)



Operate and manage

360 Enrich

for lead enrichment and validation. Ensure enriched data (emails, phone numbers, lead attributes) syncs accurately with the CRM. Improve lead quality and qualification through enrichment insights. Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to optimize enrichment workflows.

3. Software Admin Support



Configure backend workflows, automation rules, allocation logic, and CRM processes. Troubleshoot CRM and software issues, user errors, or configuration conflicts. Coordinate with CRM vendors for updates, integrations, and technical resolutions. Support API-based integrations with websites, portals, and marketing channels.

4. Real Estate Functional Expertise



Strong knowledge of: Inventory: available, hold, block, sold Unit configurations and pricing Payment plans, discount structures, and approval flows Booking documentation (EOI, application, agreement reference) Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CP teams, and Finance to ensure CRM accuracy.

Required Skills



Experience with

360 Enrich

(mandatory). Hands-on experience with real estate CRM systems (Sell.Do, Leadsquared, Salesforce, etc.). Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data structures, and automation. Good Excel skills for reports and MIS (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred). Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. CRM-specific certification (preferred). 2-5 years of CRM Admin or Software Support experience in

real estate

(mandatory).
