Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Account Manager to join our client services team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), with a focus on account setup, workflow automation, client training, and technical support. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing client CRM accounts, providing solutions to client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth implementation and integration of CRM features.

Key Responsibilities:



Set up, configure, and manage client CRM accounts, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client business objectives. Design and implement customized workflows to automate and streamline clients' CRM processes. Integrate third-party applications and services into CRM systems to enhance functionality and ensure seamless operation. Deliver client training sessions on CRM usage, ensuring clients are well-equipped to navigate and utilize the system effectively. Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely resolutions. Monitor and maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend CRM strategies to optimize their business operations. Generate and analyze reports to track CRM performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and share insights with clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of CRM solutions and meet client goals. Stay current with the latest CRM tools, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:



Minimum of 1 year of experience managing and configuring CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Strong experience in designing and implementing CRM workflows and automations tailored to client needs. Proficiency in integrating third-party applications and services with CRM platforms to enhance functionality. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain CRM concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to clients. Experience in delivering CRM training and providing hands-on support to clients. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. A deep understanding of CRM best practices and the ability to recommend improvements based on client goals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring client accounts are set up and maintained to meet their business objectives.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
