We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Intensivist

to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critically ill patients in the ICU, providing advanced medical care, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor critically ill patients in ICU. Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilation management. Provide round-the-clock ICU coverage and support for acute medical emergencies. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other specialists for integrated patient care. Participate in daily clinical rounds and update patient records accurately. Supervise and guide resident doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff in ICU. Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital protocols. Communicate effectively with patients' families and provide clinical updates.

Skills Required:

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in critical care medicine. Expertise in handling ventilators and advanced life support equipment. Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
