  • Tracheostomy and Colostomy, and sectioning.

Reporting to: Functionally to Nursing Officer & Administratively to Branch Head Department: Learning Centre Location: Hyderabad Job purpose: To ensure smooth Clinical Training needs of the Branch. Roles & responsibilities:- Content Management:
  • \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for clinical content management at the unit level in co-ordination with corporate learning centre team
  • See all consumables (mannequins required to carry out mandatory procedures) are in place for imparting clinical training smoothly
Roles and responsibilities: Clinical Excellence :
  • Responsible for Attendance and leave management of Nurses.
  • Take the interview, who are come new candidate for interview.
  • To provide exemplary leadership to facilitate delivery of outstanding nursing care for Apollo homecare patients.
  • To deliver outstanding clinical care guided by evidence based medicine and ethical practices.
  • To monitor the care delivered and provide the necessary clinical leadership to facilitate better recovery.
  • To provide Goal based care for patients resulting in better outcomes.
  • To formulate and implement nursing care protocols and pathways for common home healthcare presentations.
  • Supervision of field work.
  • Service excellence
  • To provide Home healthcare with human touch driven with empathy and compassion.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in patient care.
  • \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and monitor feedback from the patients and family about the services.
  • Team work with other home healthcare providers
  • Promote the culture of team building with all levels of healthcare providers and create a interdisciplinary team approach towards patient management.
  • Training and development:
  • Responsible for formulating structured training programs focused on clinical knowledge, skills and attitude required by home healthcare providers.
  • Lead the clinical case discussions and outcomes meetings.
  • Mentoring other physicians and clinical staff.
  • Others:
  • Clinical data review, analysis and intervention to improve clinical care for patients.
