Position:

Critical Care Doctor / Intensivist

Department: Critical Care Medicine / ICU

Qualifications Required:

Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (IDCCM / IFCCM / FNB / EDIC preferred)

DM / DNB - Critical Care Medicine (Highly preferred)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1-5 years ICU or critical care experience in a tertiary care hospital.

Must be trained in ventilator handling, central lines, intubation, hemodynamic monitoring & emergency management.

BLS / ACLS certification mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage ICU patients on ventilator and life-support systems.

Handle sepsis, shock, cardiac arrest, poisoning, trauma & multi-organ failure cases.

Perform ICU procedures: Intubation, Central line, Arterial line, NIV, RRT coordination, etc.

Lead ICU rounds and coordinate with multi-specialty teams.

Participate in academic teaching sessions (as applicable to medical college).

Ensure ICU protocols, quality, documentation & NABH standards.
