Who are we looking for?

- Should have around 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic and high growth startup-like environment

- 2+ years of experience with handling data and reports with the right tools to analyze the business performance and coming up with insights

- Should be able to independently form a hypothesis about business, and validate the same through data

- Be able to work with multiple stakeholders

- Exposure to technology skills or willingness to learn & understand

What will you do?

- Own the research and data analysis for complex projects and Business requirements

- Develop deep understanding about business processes own the data analysis part of it

- Describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures

- Develop reports to make data more meaningful to business initiatives, analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings

- Develop data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights

- Initiate and put together processes to collect data where missing.

- Design, develop, and deploy dashboards using visualization tools (excel or any other tools like Data studio, power BI etc)
