About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Cricket Coach

to train and mentor young players at our indoor cricket facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in coaching, particularly with children, and a deep commitment to player development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured and engaging cricket training sessions for children and young players. Utilize bowling machines and other training tools effectively to enhance player skills. Develop customized training programs based on individual player needs. Ensure sessions are conducted safely, maintaining proper equipment and protocols. Work independently with high energy levels. Manage time efficiently, ensuring punctuality and well-organized sessions.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of coaching experience

, preferably with children. Proven ability to train and develop young players with patience and enthusiasm. Strong technical knowledge of cricket, including batting, bowling, and fielding techniques. Ability to work

evenings and weekends

as per training schedules.

Preferred Qualities:

Certification in cricket coaching (NCA, BCCI, or equivalent) is a plus. Experience working in structured cricket academies or school programs. Ability to inspire and build confidence in young players.
