Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating crew operations and providing administrative support. Handles crew documentation, joining/sign-off, travel, and office admin tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage crew database and documentation.
Arrange crew travel, visa, and medicals.
Coordinate joining and sign-off formalities.
Maintain records and assist with compliance requirements.
Support general office administration and logistics.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (maritime background preferred).
1-3 years' experience in crewing or admin role.
Good communication, coordination, and computer skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
