Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic

Agriculture Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training employees on agricultural products, practices, and field operations. The role involves traveling across major cities in Tamil Nadu to conduct both

in-person and online training sessions

.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

training programs

on agricultural products, field practices, and company procedures. Train new employees and sales teams on

product knowledge

and

application methods

. Travel across

major cities in Tamil Nadu

to conduct field and branch-level training. Conduct

online training sessions

(Zoom / Google Meet) for remote employees. Prepare and update

training materials, manuals, and presentations

. Coordinate with HR and management to identify training needs. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture / Agronomy / Agri Business Management.

Minimum

1 year of experience

in training, product education, or agricultural fieldwork. Freshers with excellent communication and technical knowledge in agriculture are also welcome.

Skills Required:

Strong communication & presentation skills (Tamil & English). Good product knowledge and understanding of crop management. Proficiency in

MS Office and online training tools

.

Willingness to travel

extensively across Tamil Nadu.
