Job Description

A Crew Member plays a vital role in a team by providing friendly, efficient customer service and supporting daily operations in environments such as restaurants, retail, or hospitality. Their primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, processing payments, preparing food or beverages when applicable, and maintaining cleanliness in work and dining areas. Crew Members also operate equipment, manage inventory restocking, handle administrative tasks like cash register operations and invoice maintenance, and follow health and safety guidelines. They escalate complaints or issues to supervisors, work collaboratively with team members, and support opening and closing procedures.Key skills for a Crew Member include strong communication, reliability, a positive attitude, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings. Physically, they should be fit to stand for long periods and flexible to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
