Role:

Counter Associate / CREW MEMBER

Location:

SUKHMANI SQUARE, SOUTH CITY, Ludhiana

Goal:

Deliver a premium guest experience through friendly service, creative topping assembly, and perfect hygiene.

1. Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Greet guests, offer samples, and explain flavors/toppings.

Swirling & Assembly:

Master the "Perfect Swirl" from the dispensing machine and arrange toppings artistically.

Billing and maintenance:

Operate the POS system, Monitor machine temperatures, refill yogurt mixes and topping bins frequently.

Cleanliness:

Keep the glass display, counters, and seating area spotless and inviting.

2. Requirements

High standard of personal grooming and hygiene. Outgoing, cheerful, and patient with families/kids. Fluent in Hindi/Punjabi; basic English. Comfortable standing for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
