-Should have minimum experience of 1 year. -Directs and coordinates all activities and provides assistance to the staff in the designated outlet. He has to ensure all established service standards and procedures are implemented consistently leading to customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction and maintaining the overall profitability of the outlet. He/she would be fully responsible for all the cashiering activities and will be responsible for managing all the staff members according to the policies and procedures formulated by the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for the overall administration, service and operation of the outlet assigned. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for the guiding all the staff members assigned in the restaurant to perform their duties. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for directing all efforts in the restaurant service to achieve the financial goals of the outlet. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for following up the implementation of the policies, procedures and SOPs in operation of the outlet. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for making sure the all the checklist are completed on time. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for the outlet. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for ordering of raw material and maintaining par stock levels. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for inventory management. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for setting and maintaining the hygiene and sanitation standards of the outlet. \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for providing functional assistance to the staff during peak periods. \xef\x82\xb7 Overall responsibility of maintaining a clean and wholesome ambiance of the outlet as per the standards which includes controlling the temperature of the guest area, proper ventilation, lighting and music. \xef\x82\xb7 Communicates effectively with the guests, clients, government officials and other important individuals to ensure satisfaction in products and services. \xef\x82\xb7 Conducts daily briefing and de \xe2\x80\x93 briefing of the staff members. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepares effective duty roster to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance to volume of business. \xef\x82\xb7 Attends and solve all the guest complaints in the outlet. \xef\x82\xb7 Should always lead by an example and have the working knowledge of all the equipment and machinery used in the outlet. \xef\x82\xb7 Should be capable enough of training the old/new staff members in the area where they are lacking.
