Job Description

We are seeking a

Crew Executive

to oversee crew management, documentation, and deployment for vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

crew recruitment, placement, and scheduling

for vessels. Ensure crew members have

valid certifications, visas, and travel documents

. Maintain updated

crew records, contracts, and payroll details

. Coordinate with port agents, shipowners, and government authorities for crew changes. Provide

logistical support

for crew travel and accommodation. Address crew grievances and ensure their

well-being and safety

on board. Monitor crew performance and provide reports to the management.
Training will be provided to everyone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
