Job Title:

CRE - Service Due Reminder / Caller

Roles & Responsibilities:



Maintain a

minimum office attendance of 95%

. Responsible for achieving

NPS score targets

as per RIPL guidelines.

Check vehicle history

before calling the customer. Reschedule appointments for customers with

non-confirmation

. Call customers

7 days before the due date

(N-7) as per the calling script. Register

incoming calls

as customer appointments. Communicate with

non-contactable customers

using follow-up strategies. Inform customers about

service estimate costs

. Provide information about

service facilities

such as Pit Stop and Pick & Drop. Make

appointment confirmation calls

1 day before the visit (N-1). Allocate

Service Advisors

for scheduled appointments. Prepare the

daily appointment list

on N-1 day and share it with SM, CRM, Parts, and Security. Follow up with

No Show customers

and reschedule if necessary. Maintain all required reports as per

Care 2.0 SOP

, including: Calling & Appointment Register Daily SDR Monitoring Service Advisor Allocations Pick & Drop Register Coordinate with

Pick & Drop drivers

. Maintain complete details and records of the

Pick & Drop process

. Meet

KPI targets

for SDR and Pick & Drop as per Care 2.0 guidelines. Submit

daily reports

to CRM and share the calling report in the official WhatsApp group.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
