1. Lead Generation & Research/Development of New Business :- Conduct research to identify new markets/leads and understand customer needs. - Responsible for identifying aftermarket risks and create strategies around it. - Generating new revenue streams. - Identify opportunities to support the existing business strategies and assist in developing relevant action plans. - Run new market/segment and customer evaluations, fit/no fit evaluations, contribute to go-to market strategies. 2. Key Account Management :- Managing existing customer accounts with a view to maximizing their value. - Fielding and responding to incoming sales enquiries with the intent of maximizing their sales potential whilst delivering the best possible service to customers. - Develop and expand high level management contacts to expand the existing business relationship. - Providing updated information to the client about new products or services to make upsells. - Preparing analytical reports about the progress of customer relationships and presenting them to the management. - Brand Promotion : Supporting in Campaigns and exhibitions for branding 3. Process Management - International Marketing :- Responsibility for end-to-end sales process (acquisition, RFP/RFIs handling, offer preparation, presentation, customer service, consultation, negotiation, closure). - Manage the full sales circle. - Finding opponents, researching the needs and negotiating the rate and pass it to the PD. 4. Export Documentation :- Maintaining Export documentation. Value addition in terms of number (Revenue and Business) 5. Factory Coordination :- Knowledge and experience of Bridging gap between company & Customers. Ensure customer timelines from production to dispatch. Managing the entire process. 6.
