Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
: Keeping customers updated about orders. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Identifying customer demands and requirements. Coordinating with operations, sales, and production teams. Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on payments. Coordinating logistics for product delivery. Managing billing and shipment processes for international and domestic clients. Coordinating with third-party logistics companies for efficient logistics operations. Overseeing customer shipments and handling billing-related tasks. Preparing and sending invoices to clients while monitoring and resolving billing issues as needed. Knowledge of domestic and international export procedures or relevant experience. (Training will be provided for invoicing.)Skills Required: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments. Time management and attention to detail. Adaptability to handle varied customer requirements.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream. 0-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales coordination, or operations support.
Preferred: Experience in logistics coordination and basic understanding of export documentation. Familiarity with Google Workspace and ERP/CRM systems.
