Job Description

The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing hydraulic components, assemblies, and systems, preparing engineering documents, and supporting complete product development activities. The role involves conceptualizing, modeling, drafting, and releasing designs while ensuring manufacturability, hydraulic performance, and compliance with engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Design hydraulic components and assemblies using Creo and windchill. . Prepare GA drawings, installation/customer drawings, and detailed part drawings. Apply hydraulic principles, fluid properties, GD&T, and engineering standards. Support product development activities including concept, prototype, and testing. Ensure manufacturability with knowledge of casting, and machining processes. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers for technical solutions. Maintain engineering documents, BOMs, and revision control in PLM systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in

Creo Parametric

and

AutoCAD

. Strong knowledge of

hydraulic principles

and

hydraulic fluid properties

. Excellent understanding of

GD&T

, ASME/ISO standards, and tolerance analysis. Knowledge of

manufacturing processes

, especially

casting and machining

. Ability to prepare GA drawings, installation drawings, and detailed manufacturing drawings. Strong analytical skills and understanding of basic engineering principles. Good communication skills and teamwork. Exp - 3 to 6 Yrs

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
