Key Responsibilities

Design and development of

engine casting components

using

PTC Creo

. Creation of

3D models, assemblies, and detailed 2D drawings

with GD&T. Perform

design validation

, tolerance analysis, and manufacturability checks. Work closely with

manufacturing, casting vendors, and quality teams

to ensure feasibility and quality. Support

prototype development, design iterations, and engineering change management (ECN/ECR)

. Prepare and maintain

BOMs, design documentation, and technical reports

. Participate in

design reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

. Ensure compliance with

industry standards, safety norms, and customer specifications

.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

PTC Creo (Part Modeling, Assembly, Detailing)

. Experience in designing

engine casting components

(Cylinder blocks, housings, brackets, covers, etc.). Good understanding of

casting processes

(Sand casting, Die casting, Investment casting). Knowledge of

GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and material selection

. Familiarity with

DFMEA, DFM/DFA concepts

. Ability to interpret

engineering drawings and technical specifications

. Exposure to

PLM tools

(Windchill / Teamcenter) is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ?750,000.00 per year
