Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME
Overall work experience: 6Exp with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
- CAD Tool: Should have minimum of 4 years hands on experience in Creo 4.0
- Provide CAD support for designing and drafting of Machined and casting components.( Drivetrain components - housings, gears, shafts, etc. as per Creo-Modeling best Practices.)
- Experience in Advanced Part modeling, Assembly modeling and Surfacing using Creo 2.0
- Experience in Skeleton modeling, copy-geometry merge inheritance and reverse engineering.
- Well versed with best design-practices of Castings.
- Casting, forging, and machining process knowledge.
- Sheetmetal & piping modeling & drafting knowledge.
- GD&T & Tolerance Stack up knowledge
- Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
- Independent work executer with little support
- Awareness of MBD model based dimensioning practices
- Good communication skills both written and oral
