. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent, rule-based 3D models and assemblies that ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency across multiple product configurations. This role requires a strong understanding of design intent, constraints, and relations within Creo.
Key Responsibilities
Develop
parametric 3D models
and
equation-driven assemblies
using
Creo 9.0 or later
.
Define and manage
relations, parameters, and family tables
to automate design variations.
Trail files creattion.
Create detailed manufacturing drawings with
GD&T
and
BOMs
derived from parametric models.
Implement design logic, dimension control, and reference management for modular and configurable products.
Troubleshoot relation errors, regeneration issues, and dependency conflicts in complex assemblies.
Ensure adherence to internal design standards and modeling best practices.
Required Skills
Proficiency in
PTC Creo 9.0 or later
with strong command of
Relations, Parameters, Family Tables, and Layouts
.
Strong understanding of
parametric, rule-based, and constraint-driven modeling
.
Knowledge of
mechanical components, assemblies, and sheet metal design
.
Proficiency in
GD&T
, drafting standards, and BOM generation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
.
Exposure to
PLM systems
(e.g., Windchill) is a plus.
Soft Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.
Ability to visualize design logic and implement relationships effectively.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
