The Customer Relationship Executive - Service Calling is responsible for contacting customers after service visits, booking service appointments, following up on pending services, handling feedback, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships through proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for:
Service appointment reminders
Post-service feedback and satisfaction calls
Follow-up on pending or due services
Explain service offers, maintenance packages, and AMC plans to customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
