Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and source new customers for Home Loan products through open market, references, and field activities.
Meet and interact with potential customers to understand their loan requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Provide post-sales service and handle customer queries effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 1 year of experience in
Home Loan Sales
(from NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must have local market knowledge.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduation (Any Stream)
