Key Responsibilities:
+ Generate leads and source new customers for Home Loan products through open market, references, and field activities.
+ Meet and interact with potential customers to understand their loan requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
+ Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
+ Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
+ Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
+ Provide post-sales service and handle customer queries effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile:
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in
Home Loan Sales
(from NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies).
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
+ Self-motivated and target-oriented.
+ Must have local market knowledge.
Educational Qualification:
+ Minimum Graduation (Any Stream)
