Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
to join our Home Loan team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Home Loan segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through open market, references, and DSA channels.
Explain home loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Follow up with customers for document collection and loan disbursement.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt query resolution.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of files.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in
Home Loan or LAP sales
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local market and customer profiles.
Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in
banks, NBFCs, or housing finance companies
preferred.
