Relationship Executive / Sales Executive - Home Loans & LAP (Affordable & Prime)

Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 2 year in Home Loans (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) sales
Job Responsibilities:
Generate business through direct sales, open market, and channel partners.
Source customers for
Home Loan (Affordable & Prime)
and
Loan Against Property (LAP)
products.
Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market visits and identify potential customers.
Ensure complete documentation and smooth loan processing.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan disbursement and post-sales service.
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of HL/LAP products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Eligibility:
Minimum 3 months to 1 year of relevant sales experience in HL/LAP (Affordable or Prime).
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / Intermediate with relevant experience.
Should have a two-wheeler.
