JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities \xef\x80\xad Excellent verbal and written communication skills, decision making, Time Management, problem solving skills and strong stake-holder management
\xef\x80\xad Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to Underwriting and perform regulatory due diligence to comply with the regulatory requirements
\xef\x80\xad Developing and implementing project plans to achieve project goals and objectives
\xef\x80\xad Meet & exceed the turn around time and accuracy rate as per the specified target. Excellent an eye for details
\xef\x80\xad Developing and delivering reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
\xef\x80\xad Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
\xef\x80\xad Create models to predict / identify risks, Identifying situations where escalation is warranted and the ability to take action quickly in a high-risk and complex subject matter environment Required qualification, capabilities and skills: Required Qualification, skills and capabilities
\xef\x80\xad Bachelors or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (e.g. B.COM, BBA, MBA, MCA, etc.) with 9 years of post-qualification experience or Graduate with Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a financial institution or in a corporate setting
\xef\x80\xad Experience and Strong working knowledge of various aspects of banking products such as, Client Onboarding, AML, Credit, Loan operations, Underwriting or Investment Banking knowledge is preferable \xef\x80\xad
Experience of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met
\xef\x80\xad Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
\xef\x80\xad Leadership - adapts to a changing environment, monitor progress and timely deliver the results. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure.
\xef\x80\xad Accountability \xe2\x80\x93 proven ability to support execution of deliverables / projects. Seeks ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of work performed. Willing to take personal responsibility/accountability.
\xef\x80\xad Excellent communication, Outstanding presentation, reporting skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
