What You'll Do
Build and optimize credit risk strategies for digital lending
Work on scorecards, rules, and underwriting logic
Track portfolio performance and delinquency trends
Collaborate with product, data, and collections teams

Mandatory Requirements
3-6 years of credit risk / underwriting experience
Strong exposure to B2C unsecured personal loans
Experience in fintech, NBFC, or digital lending
Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills
