Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Lead the Fintech project discussions with Financial Institutions and efficiently manage the financial portfolio with respect to the complete loan cycle, collection efficiency, risk management, SOP compliance, TAT etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Strategize fintech products with respect to SOPs and policies for market rollout in collaboration with financial Institutions \xe2\x97\x8f Risk management \xe2\x80\x93 Design and development of credit risk strategy, identification of risk mitigants etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Read and understand the credit reports and analysis of the scores \xe2\x97\x8f Analysing the Financial and operational statements through ratio, scenario analysis and other such tools to identifying risk factors \xe2\x97\x8f Manage, supervise and communicate Fintech MIS, reports, and trackers periodically \xe2\x97\x8f Provide training with respect to new product roll outs and motivation to the project team and provide support towards achievement of desired performance \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the existing portfolio companies \xe2\x97\x8f Timely completion of documentation formalities in coordination with the client & lender \xe2\x97\x8f Interact with bankers/lenders for approval of the loan policies by supplying necessary information \xe2\x97\x8f Liaising and negotiating with lenders \xe2\x97\x8f Qualification and Experience: \xe2\x97\x8f Post Graduate- MBA is preferred \xe2\x97\x8f Min 3 years of experience in Credit operations and policy \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent organizational, verbal & written communication and with an ability to build effective interpersonal relationships. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams is essential. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and their life cycles. Experience of having worked in the Agri Finance sector would be an added advantage. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of financial product development and management. \xe2\x97\x8f Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, \xe2\x97\x8f Independent project management skills, Stakeholder management, client relationship management Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9700,000.00 - 91,100,000.00 per year Benefits:
