Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Credit Recovery Executive

to manage

B2B receivables

for our

Testing & Analytical Services business

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

credit control and recovery from corporate clients

, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure timely collections and healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

B2B credit recovery and collections

from corporate and institutional clients. Follow up on outstanding invoices through calls, emails, and formal communication. Coordinate with

sales, accounts, and operations teams

to resolve billing disputes. Monitor customer credit limits, aging reports, and overdue balances. Ensure timely collection as per agreed

credit terms and contracts

. Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, commitments, and collections. Prepare regular

aging, recovery, and MIS reports

for management. Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with company credit policies. Build and maintain professional relationships with client finance teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Bachelor's degree)

Minimum 2-3 years of B2B credit recovery / collections experience

. Prior experience in

testing, analytical, pharma, or service-based industries

is preferred. Strong understanding of

invoicing, credit terms, and receivables management

.
