Acquire

high-value / premium credit card customers

(salary, HNI, self-employed, affluent segment)

Performance Metrics (KPIs)



Premium cards sourced & approved Activation & first-spend rate Revenue per customer Approval-to-submission ratio Customer satisfaction & retention

Skills & Competencies



Strong relationship & consultative selling skills Excellent communication & presentation Understanding of premium banking customers Target-driven & customer-centric mindset Pitch

premium & super-premium cards

(travel, lifestyle, luxury, co-branded cards) Explain

exclusive benefits

such as lounge access, concierge, rewards, milestone benefits, and insurance covers Source customers through

corporate tie-ups, referrals, HNI leads, events, and relationship networks

Ensure

100% accurate KYC, income documents, and compliance

as per bank & RBI norms Maintain

high approval and activation ratio

Coordinate with

bank underwriting & operations teams

for smooth processing Achieve

monthly acquisition and revenue targets

(fees, spends, activations) Focus on

customer experience and long-term relationship building

Upsell

add-on cards, limit enhancement, EMI, and premium upgrades

Maintain daily

sales MIS, lead tracker, and follow-up status

Ensure

zero complaints, zero miss-selling

Stay updated with

premium card offers, competitor products, and market trends


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
