Recruit, onboard and activate

DSA / Channel Partners / Connectors

for Home Loan & LAP business. Drive

sales targets

for Secured Loan products (Home Loan, Loan Against Property). Maintain strong

relationship with DSAs

, builders, brokers and referral partners. Generate

new business leads

through market visits and networking. Monitor

DSA performance

and provide training/support to improve productivity. Coordinate with

credit, legal, technical and operations teams

for smooth loan processing. Ensure

proper documentation & compliance

as per company and regulatory norms. Track

pipeline, login, sanction and disbursement

numbers on daily/weekly basis. Conduct

field visits

for customer meetings and partner engagement. Resolve partner and customer

queries/escalations

quickly. Analyze

market competition & pricing

to improve business strategy. Maintain

MIS reports

and update management on performance metrics. Ensure

portfolio quality

and reduce delinquency through proper sourcing. Achieve

monthly / quarterly revenue and disbursement targets

. Build long-term

channel network

for continuous secured loan growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
